About this Scheme The First Graduate Scholarship (also known as the First-Generation Graduate Scheme) is a Tamil Nadu government initiative providing tuition fee concessions to students who are the first in their family to pursue a degree. Eligibility Must be the first person in the family to pursue a degree and admitted through TNEA Counseling.
